Using Microsoft Word as E-mail Editor

Microsoft Word usually only used as "Document Type writer". But actually, the function of the word processor made by Microsoft not only that.

Microsoft Word also can be used as an e-mail editor. We even able to make our signature as a personal ID using Microsoft Word.

There are some steps you must do to activate your Microsoft Word become an e-mail editor. Please check below:

1. Open your Microsoft Outlook.
2. At the Outlook menu bar, Click [Tools], choose 
[Options] and [Mail Format].
3. Remove the check sign on
[Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages].
4. Give check sign on [Use Microsoft Word to read Rech Text email messages].

I work with doc files quite often.And yesterday I saw one thing first time! All my doc files were deleted from PC,no one knows how!!!
